Refund terms.

42 SHOP aims to fulfill every order promptly and to a high standard. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled for technical or other reasons, the customer is offered a refund or an agreed alternative service. Cancellation and a full refund are available before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment has started, refund terms depend on the service already provided and costs incurred. After successful delivery of digital goods or services, refund requests are reviewed individually. If there is a problem with an item, incorrect fulfillment or an incorrect charge, contact support to investigate. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned by an agreed method; arrival times depend on the payment system and receiving bank.
